Santi has a passion for games. He believes playing guarantees that knowledge and experience flow anchors each learning topic into our deepest brain. His 20-year career includes several experiences in dot com start-ups, General Manager positions in IT Consultancy and Training companies. He also has a technical background in computer engineering and has completed his management training in several management schools in Barcelona, such as IESE. For the last 5 years, he has combined his startup spirit with delivering training. During this time he felt knowledge was not fully transferred in his trainings. For that reason, 2 years ago he founded Play To Growth, a gamification company that develops board games to enhance management training. Play To Growth has developed Project Management, Business Analysis and COBIT games and are being delivered worldwide through partners.
