With over 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Ruschaupt is a senior project leader with proven excellence in technology and strategic delivery projects within the federal, commercial, and nonprofit sectors. Mr. Ruschaupt’s background and experience enables him to communicate key issues to executive leadership while working across teams to resolve challenges and drive results. His project management experience spans across multiple federal agencies including the Intelligence Community, DoD, DOJ, DHS, FEMA, IRS, and the USPS.

Mr. Ruschaupt possesses a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute and an Active TS/SCI Clearance with full scope polygraph. His Technology Project Management experience includes Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for enterprise-wide (ERP) application integration of widely used applications such as Oracle and PeopleSoft in addition to classified projects centered around secure mobile computing platforms, emerging trends and technologies, and cyber defense.

Currently working as a Senior Manager for RBR Technologies, an IT engineering and consulting firm in Maryland, Mr. Ruschaupt provides subject matter expertise on best practices toward mission delivery of classified technical projects for a government Intelligence Community client. Prior to joining RBR Technologies in July of 2016, he worked for Deloitte Consulting.
