Craig has been working as Customer Success Manager with companies spanning a broad range of industries such as marketing, pharma, engineering and IT for the past five years. Since October 2016 he has been assisting Wrike clients to help implement the tool successfully. He works closely with customers to map their processes and projects and shares best practices to improve the work management within their organisation. Craig has a Bachelor of Science from Dublin City University and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Dublin Business School.
