The problem is that most people aren’t able to accurately identify their own strengths and therefore can’t intentionally use them.
In this interactive workshop, you will learn more about the research behind a strengths-based approach to leadership and management.
Pre-workIn order to maximize the learning from this workshop, participants will need to complete a personal StrengthsFinder Assessment in advance of attending this workshop. Once completed, you will need to bring a copy of your assessment results to this workshop. Details regarding how to complete this assessment will be emailed to participants once your reservation to attend has been received.

At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
(1) identify how you use your innate talents and learn how to focus on your strengths in a weakness-based world;
(2) explain what you bring to a team and where to form complementary partnerships to be more effective.
