In today’s global business environment, virtual teams are becoming as familiar as the traditional face-to-face team structure. Leading effective virtual teams is a necessary skill for project management leaders. In this panel discussion, we convene subject matter experts from the Wednesday morning Virtual Team Open Forum to engage in a rich dialogue regarding their insights and perspectives on ways to foster a collaborative environment of virtual teamwork.
(Note – You do not need to attend the Wednesday morning open forum to participate in this session.)

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) develop strategies to cultivate trust, respect, and engagement;
(2) plan and facilitate successful virtual meetings;
(3) enhance your leadership skills to realize effective virtual teams.
