Do you like playing board games? Join us in this unique workshop where you be able to better understand and put into practice your project management skills!

The year is 2117.  Earth is in danger.  The planet became hostile to human life some years ago.  The future of humanity is at stake.  The only option is to leave Earth.

This project is called Possible Mission.  How will you plan to move humanity to another planet?  The entire world depends on YOU for this mission.

At the conclusion of this workshop, attendees will be able to:
(1) illustrate waterfall versus adaptive planning;
(2) describe the benefits of good program management;
(3) demonstrate the practice of Earned Value Method.
