Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

There are a number of myths and misconceptions regarding agile methods in the project management profession. Agile is often considered to be a fluid method which only start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises can access. As PMI’s Agile Practice Guide demonstrates, agile methods can be integrated into all manner of projects to improve outcomes. Governments across the world conduct complex projects where agile can be used to improve efficiency, improve focus, and cut waste. This session will explore the varying ways in which governments across Europe are using agile methods.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) explain how government agencies are integrating agile methods into their projects;
(2) discuss how to better integrate agile methods into their own projects, large and small.
