One of the biggest challenges project managers face is trying to manage a wide variety of stakeholders with different personalities, perspectives, and priorities.  More often than not, they don't align and the project manager is left trying to keep everyone happy while ensuring project results don't suffer. This session explores different varieties of the ‘difficult stakeholder’ and provides specific techniques that project managers can use to effectively manage each one.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) examine key project management tools and templates to get everyone on the same page and avoid confusion;
(2) construct a culture of accountability and manage key stakeholders to create a more positive project environment.
