This session provides a critique of traditional approaches used in transferring lessons, and advocates the use of techniques that not only make it fun to perform the exercise, but also ensure more objective outcomes which can be effectively leveraged on future projects. Strategies for handling troubled initiatives are also presented.


At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) describe the shortcomings of the traditional approaches used for transferring lessons;
(2) use fun-filled strategies that ensure objective documentation and the transfer of lessons learned.
