#517 The Military Decision-Making Process for Civilian Project Managers

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This presentation teaches participants a subset of the Military Decision-Making Process, providing a repeatable way to prioritise requirements and select between multiple Courses of Action. Participants will learn when, how, and where the creating of a weighted scorecard system can be used to differentiate between multiple options, incorporate different subject matter experts, streamline cost and schedule, and transfer risk in decision making.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) utilise the Military Decision-Making Process to prioritise requirements, minimise risk, and maximise return on resource investment;
(2) utilise the Military Decision-Making Process to back-up and legitimise controversial decisions.
