The past few decades have seen businesses and their leaders become largely buzzword-driven. Each year or two, a new buzz comes out that is going to disrupt the existing model. ‘Disruption’ itself has become too much of a buzzword, and its overuse is diminishing its value. In this session, we will discuss how to successfully drive an organisation forward on digital transformation, and see the value creation promised by Big Data and business intelligence.


At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) describe the challenges of digital transformation and learn how to successfully lead an organisation to realise its benefits;
(2) identify best practices for managing major digital initiatives, driving adoption, and obtaining stakeholder buy-in.
