Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Cognitive readiness is the ability to manage amid fast change, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Cognitive readiness is an integration of mindfulness with leadership qualities and the skillful application of traditional technical skills and business acumen. In this session, we will define cognitive readiness and its importance to effective project, programme, and portfolio management. We will identify core foundation capabilities—mindfulness and emotional and social intelligence—for participants to begin to cultivate cognitive readiness.

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
(1) define and discuss the importance of cognitive readiness to effective project management;
(2) identify the foundation capabilities necessary for cognitive readiness.
